TERMS AND CONDITIONS
♥ NO refund & NO return ! Goods sold are not refundable.
♥ All items are APPROXIMATELY 90%-100% similar to the description and picture displayed in terms of colours, size and pattern.
♥ Please refer to measurement scale stated to ensure that the garments fits you.
♥ All items are PRE- ORDER ITEMS where you will get your items approximately 3 weeks after batch ends.
♥ You can change or add on your orders any time before the batch ends.
♥ Payment must be made within 3 days after the orders have been confirm or else your orders will automatically be cancelled.
♥ All posting dates of items to customers are only an ESTIMATION. We will try our best to send it out as soon as possible however, any delays in postage are sometimes unforeseeable.
♥ Any delays in delivery (could be due to custom clearance, postage service etc. ) will be inform either through email/sms/facebook.
♥ Tracking numbers for all the parcels will be posted in the blog.
♥ In any cases of wrong delivery items, do inform us and items are to be return in original condition to us at own cost.
♥ Postage fees are to be calculated and paid separately unless stated otherwise.
♥ For free postage, it is only applicable to local delivery only (within Malaysia).
♥ In any case of ‘out of stock’ items, buyers will be required to choose a replacement item and inform us as soon.

♥ If items do not arrive within the 5 days after parcels tracking number have been posted out, please inform us. This is NOT to be taken lightly. Any delays in informing us will not be entertained.
♥ Keep in mind that these are Pre- Order Items. For those who wants the stock to arrive fast, I recommend you visit our ready stock section as we will be able to post out the items within a week.

This is a point collection system to reward our customers of their loyal purchase from us.
❀Collection of 1 (one) point for each RM100 spent.
❀At the 5th points collection, you may redeem a (one) free accessory of your choice.
❀At the 10th points collection, you may redeem a (one) free clothing from RM30 and below range.
❀Points cannot be combined with other customers account points for redemption.
